I found this thread in the WoW forumspriest gear about pre-MC gear suggestions for priests. This list looks pretty good as it has a good mix of +mana regen, +healing/damage, and % spell crit.
If you have any gear you think that a priest should never leave home without, then post the info and where to get it. Let's try to post gear from instances that we can normally get into.
